Saturday, November 4
- Arrival in Dubai, preferably by 16:00. (Those flying from the Americas, please be sure to leave at least one day earlier.)
- Transfer from airport on own.
- 20:00 Briefing at the hotel by Daniel Pipes and Roni Wexler on the week ahead.
Sunday, November 5
- Breakfast in hotel.
- On location meetings #1 and #2
- City tour including the main attractions and markets, lunch on you own
- Dinner cruise with local entertainment to see Dubai from the Creek and the sea.
Monday, November 6
- Breakfast in hotel
- On location meetings #3 and #4
- Afternoon and evening: Bedouin desert outing in all-terrain 4X4 luxurious vehicles); campfire dinner and Arab entertainment including dune-bashing camel rides
Tuesday, November 7
- Breakfast in hotel
- Full-day excursion to Al-Ain, one of the UAE oldest cities, with an emphasis on cultural visits including the Sheikh Zayed Palace Museum (with its ancient Arab manuscripts) and archeological gardens.
- Dinner with a guest at hotel (in Dubai).
Wednesday, November 8
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Transfer to Abu Dhabi
- On location meeting #5
- Lunch on your own.
- Dinner with a guest at hotel
Thursday, November 9
- Breakfast at hotel.
- City tour including Sheikh Zayed Mosque, and the panoramic route of the Cornich road and the Emirate Palace
- Visits to places related to our theme and topics
Friday, November 10
- Breakfast at hotel.
- On location seminar #6
- Free afternoon in Abu Dhabi and dinner on own.
- Farewell dinner

- Return individual flights
